The product is guaranteed for one year. We will prove all the maintenance service even the instrument is out of warrantee period, but not for free we just ask for relative cost. To ensure satisfy the customers, the service person will arrive site for repaire within 2 weeks from we receive the requirement, in emergency. We can also provide quick service in case of we can reach agreement on service fee.

After sale, we trace the instrument information and communicate wish the customers periodically and solve the problem in time.

From January 2003, the training center & laboratory begin to provide training for customers, including new instruments operation and standards research.

After the instrument dispatch, the company will arrange persons for installation and conmission at site for free, provide training for the operator. The company also arrange persons to answer questions(not relative with special technical problems) on instrument configuration and maintenance.
